By requesting a quote or booking a flight, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The two parties entering into this agreement are the individual or entity requesting charter service ("Client") and JetGlide ("Platform"). The Platform acts as an intermediary between the Client and certified aircraft operators ("Operators").
By confirming a quote request and accepting these terms, the Client enters into a legally binding contract with JetGlide and the assigned Operator.

100% of the estimated flight cost is required upon confirmation

Upon booking confirmation, all funds are 100% non-refundable. Any balance after applying cancellation fees will be applied as account credit, valid for 12 months and only for use on future flights with JetGlide.

Note: Modifications are subject to availability and approval. Changes may result in price adjustments.
All flights operated by FAR Part 135 certified air carriers. JetGlide may subcontract to certified operators. All operators comply with FAA safety standards.
Quotes are for a specific aircraft type, not a specific aircraft. JetGlide may interchange aircraft of the same type. Quotes valid for 72 hours.
Weather: Operator may cancel for safety. Flight operates when weather permits. Client cannot cancel without fees.
Maintenance: JetGlide may substitute aircraft. Client may cancel for credit if delay exceeds 6 hours.
$250/hour for wait time exceeding 1 hour. May depart without delayed passengers after 30 minutes.
Minimum $895 cleaning charge. Client pays actual cost if exceeds $895.
Actual cost passed to Client. Charged to registered card.
All associated fees charged to registered card if fuel stop required.
JETGLIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
JetGlide's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client. Claims governed by Wyoming law.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JetGlide from all liability, claims, judgments, losses, fines, penalties, or damages (including attorney fees) caused by Client or Client's passengers.
JetGlide does not disclose Client information unless authorized or required by law.
No changes to agreement without countersigned amendment.
Client not relying on any representation except these Terms and Conditions.
All quotes valid for 72 hours based on aircraft and crew availability.
Cannot cancel due to weather. Standard cancellation fees apply.
